EXPLORE MORECreative Biolabs offers MFSA service to help you measure multiple cytokines and immune cell types to obtain quantitative data for each target and gain insight into the dynamics and balance of the immune response.
The Multicolor Fluorescent Spot Assay (MFSA) is a powerful technique used in immunology and cell biology to simultaneously detect and quantify multiple analytes or cell types in a single sample. This assay leverages the specificity of antibodies and the sensitivity of fluorescent dyes to provide detailed information about the presence and quantity of various targets within a sample.

MFSA is a novel detection method based on enzyme-linked immunospot spot (ELISpot). It enables simultaneous measurement of the secretion of different cytokine combinations at a single CAR-T level.
By following these steps, MFSA can provide detailed and quantitative data for multiple targets in a single sample, combining the numerical evaluation of CAR-T products with their functional characterization.
In addition to measuring the secretion levels of multiple cytokines in CAR-T samples, MFSA can also be used for other purposes:
Multicolor Fluorescent Spot Assay is a valuable tool in research and clinical diagnostics, offering detailed insights into complex biological systems through its ability to analyze multiple parameters simultaneously. If you need simultaneous detection of multiple cytokines in the CART field, you can contact us for the corresponding service.
