The vector of anti-CD276 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human CD276. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing scFv of anti-CD276 antibody linked to CD3-zeta signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for detecting the presence of cancer in a mammal and methods of treating or preventing cancer in a mammal are also disclosed, for example, chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).
