The vector of anti-G250 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human G250. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing scFv of anti-G250 antibody linked to FcεRIγ signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for modifying T lymphocytes, and the modified T lymphocytes was designed for renal carcinoma treatment.
