VivoCAR™ Anti-CD276 (C4) h(CD28-41BB-CD3ζ) CAR saRNA utilizes a self-amplifying RNA (saRNA) system to drive the expression of the C4 single-domain antibody. In the context of in vivo CAR-T reprogramming, the C4 clone is valued for its high-affinity binding to the immunoglobulin variable (IgV)-like domain of CD276 (B7-H3), a feature critical for counteracting tumor-mediated immunosuppression. The saRNA platform enables a low initial dose to achieve sustained CAR expression via intracellular RNA amplification, positioning this approach as an ideal strategy for efficient, dose-sparing modification of T cells directly within the patient.
