VivoCAR™ Anti-CD30 (AC10) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR circRNA utilizes the clinically successful AC10 clone to provide a reliable platform for targeting Hodgkin lymphoma in vivo. The AC10 clone is significant for its high-affinity binding to the CD30 receptor, ensuring that in-situ generated CAR-T cells can effectively identify Reed-Sternberg cells. By utilizing the circRNA platform, this product provides a self-limiting therapeutic window, enabling a concentrated pulse of immune activity to debulk tumors while preventing the long-term immune suppression associated with constitutive CD30-directed therapies.

  • CD30 is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily, normally expressed on activated T and B cells. Crucially, it is highly and consistently expressed on malignant cells in Hodgkin Lymphoma (HL) and Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma (ALCL). The clinical success of antibody-drug conjugate Brentuximab Vedotin (targeting CD30) has validated CD30 as a prime target for CAR-T cell therapy in these lymphomas.
