CPP-Conjugated Liposomes are advanced peptide-functionalized liposomes designed for efficient targeted delivery of therapeutic cargoes including siRNA, mRNA, DNA, small molecule drugs, and RNA-guided gene editing systems. Engineered with CPP Peptide, a short cationic peptide renowned for high cellular membrane traversal efficiency, they facilitate direct payload internalization into cytoplasm and nucleus, bypassing traditional endocytosis. Applications include overcoming cellular uptake barriers, enhancing therapeutic efficacy via direct cytoplasmic/nuclear delivery, studying intracellular trafficking, and developing novel non-viral gene therapy or drug delivery platforms.
