Cre mRNA-LNP is a state-of-the-art messenger RNA (mRNA) lipid nanoparticle (LNP) system, specifically engineered for efficient in vitro and in vivo protein expression. This LNP encapsulates mRNA encoding the Cre recombinase enzyme, serving as an excellent tool for conditional gene knockout or activation studies in Cre-loxP animal models, enabling precise spatiotemporal control over gene expression. Engineered with a proprietary lipid formulation for optimal mRNA encapsulation and delivery, it ensures high translation efficiency.
