DMG-PEG-Chitosan
Cat. No.: TDLD-0126-LD351
DMG-PEG-Chitosan
DMG-PEG-Chitosan is a polymeric hybrid conjugate where dimyristoyl glycerol (DMG) is linked to chitosan via PEG spacer. Chitosan provides mucoadhesive properties and endosomal escape capability. DMG enhances lipid nanoparticle fusion, while PEG controls hydrophilicity. Applications include oral vaccine delivery and mucosal immunization.
