DOPE-PEG-OTC consists of 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (DOPE), polyethylene glycol (PEG), and octreotide (OTC). It is used for targeted drug delivery; OTC, a somatostatin analog, binds to somatostatin receptors overexpressed in certain tumors, enhancing specific delivery.
