DOPE-PEG-RVG29 consists of 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (DOPE), polyethylene glycol (PEG), and RVG29 peptide. It is used for targeted drug delivery; RVG29 peptide binds to nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChR), enabling neuron-specific targeting, with PEG enhancing stability.
