DOPE-PEG-SP94 consists of 1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine (DOPE), polyethylene glycol (PEG), and SP94 peptide. It is used for targeted drug delivery; SP94 peptide specifically binds to hepatocellular carcinoma cells, enhancing tumor targeting efficiency with PEG improving stability.
