DSPE-Hyd-PEG-CAIX consists of DSPE, a hydrolyzable linker, PEG, and CAIX ligand. The Hyd bond allows stimulus-responsive release. It is used for targeted drug delivery, offering enhanced specificity and controlled release. CAIX ligand binds to carbonic anhydrase IX for specific targeting.
