DSPE-Mal

DSPE-Mal is a conjugate composed of DSPE, and a terminal Maleimide (Mal) group. The DSPE lipid acts as a synthetic, biodegradable anchor for constructing lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). The maleimide group allows for covalent conjugation to thiol-containing ligands, such as targeting peptides or proteins, to facilitate targeted drug delivery.
