DSPE-PEG-DOTA

DSPE-PEG-DOTA consists of DSPE (distearoylphosphatidylethanolamine), a PEG polymer, and a DOTA chelator. DSPE offers high stability in lipid bilayer structures. PEG provides stealth properties, reducing immunogenicity. The DOTA moiety allows efficient complexation with diagnostic or therapeutic radionuclides, making this conjugate ideal for constructing theranostic nanocarriers in oncology and biomedical imaging research.
