DSPE-PEG-FITC consists of DSPE, PEG, and FITC. DSPE serves as the lipid backbone, PEG enhances solubility and reduces immunogenicity, and FITC (fluorescein isothiocyanate) is a fluorescent functional group for tracking via yellow or green fluorescence.
