DSPE-PEG-NOTA consists of DSPE, PEG, and 1,4,7-triazacyclononane-1,4,7-triacetic acid (NOTA). DSPE serves as the lipid backbone for liposome formation, PEG enhances stability and reduces non-specific binding, and NOTA is a chelating agent that can coordinate metal ions for radiolabeling, enabling targeted imaging or therapy.
