DSPE-TK-PEG-NHS

DSPE-TK-PEG-NHS consists of DSPE, a PEG spacer, a thioketal (TK) linker, and an NHS ester. The thioketal linker is cleavable specifically by reactive oxygen species (ROS), which are highly abundant in pathological sites like tumors. This allows for precise, ROS-triggered payload release. The NHS ester is used for covalent attachment of targeting moieties or drugs, enabling the development of highly specific therapeutics for oxidative stress-related diseases.
