DSPE-TK-PEG-RVG29 is a brain-targeted conjugate with RVG29 peptide and ROS-responsive linker. RVG29 binds to nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChR) on the blood-brain barrier. The thioketal enables drug release in inflamed brain tissues. Applications include neurotherapeutic delivery for Alzheimer's and stroke.
