F3-Conjugated Liposomes are advanced peptide-functionalized liposomes designed for targeted delivery of therapeutic cargoes like siRNA, mRNA, DNA, small molecules, and gene editing systems. Engineered with F3 peptide, derived from HMGA2, they bind nucleolin highly expressed on tumor cells and vascular endothelial cells, enabling tumor site accumulation. Applications include enhancing therapeutic agent accumulation in the tumor microenvironment, developing targeted imaging probes, studying nucleolin biology in tumor growth and angiogenesis, and evaluating selective cancer therapy strategies.
