GE11 Pep-LNP is a state-of-the-art peptide-functionalized lipid nanoparticle (LNP), designed for efficient targeted delivery of therapeutic cargoes such as siRNA, mRNA, DNA, small molecule drugs, and RNA-guided gene editing systems, particularly to cells overexpressing EGFR. Engineered with the GE11 peptide, a well-characterized peptide known for its high affinity and specificity in binding to the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR), this LNP allows for selective targeting of EGFR-expressing cells, which are frequently found in various cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer (where approximately 90% of tumor cells overexpress EGFR) and breast cancer. Our LNP is prepared using DSPE-PEG-GE11 and a variety of optional lipid formulations including DLin-MC3-DMA, LP-01, ALC-0315, SM102, and others. These formulations are carefully selected to ensure the LNP has uniform particle size, high encapsulation efficiency, stability, and targeted delivery. Applications of GE11 Pep-LNP include research in targeted cancer therapy, developing EGFR-specific imaging agents, enhancing the delivery of anti-cancer drugs or gene editing tools to EGFR-positive tumors, and studying EGFR signaling pathways in cancer progression.
