The vector of anti-HER2 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target Human HER2. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a retroviral vector expressing HER2-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of breast, ovary, stomach, kidney, colon, and lung cancer.
