  • General Description
  • The PCR amplification kit (including DNA polymerase) is designed to perform PCR on any DNA template and includes all reagents required for PCR, including dNTP mixture, two buffers (with and without Mg2+) and MgCl2. The kit comes with a control template and primers to verify amplification conditions, DNA size markers, and loading buffer.
  • Product Summary
  • The kit provides all the reagents required for PCR, including control templates and primer sets for verifying amplification conditions. The kit contains Taq DNA polymerase, which is a recombinant version of full-length Taq polymerase. The Taq has the same characteristics and functions as the natural Taq polymerase and is suitable for various standard PCR applications.

  • 1. Taq 5 U/µl 50 µl
    2. dNTP Mixture 2.5 mM each 1.28 ml
    3. 10X PCR Buffer (Mg2+ plus) 1 ml
    4. 10X PCR Buffer (Mg2+ free) 1 ml
    5. MgCl2 25 mM 1 ml
    6. Control Template 1 µg/ml 100 µl
    7. Control Primer 1 20 pmol/µl 50 µl
    8. Control Primer 2 20 pmol/µl 50 µl
    9. Control Primer 3 20 pmol/µl 50 µl
    10. λ-EcoT14 I Marker 100 ng/µl 40 µl
    11. 6X Loading Buffer 1 ml
  • Activity
  • The control template (λDNA) and control primers in this product were used to confirm good performance by PCR. (Amplified fragments: 6kbp and 0.5kbp). By comparing this batch with the previous batch, the amplification did not show a significant difference.
  • Storage Conditions
  • –20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing of Taq and dNTP. After thawing, aliquot it into separate test tubes and store at -20°C.
