CellRapeutics™ CD3+ T Cells from Celiac Disease Donor (XS-0426-XU213)

Online Inquiry  Datasheet

All products and services are For Research Use Only and CANNOT be used in the treatment or diagnosis of disease.

This product consists of high-purity CD3+ T cells isolated from the peripheral blood of donors diagnosed with Celiac Disease. These cells represent a population primed by gluten-derived gliadin peptides and are isolated via immunomagnetic negative or positive selection to maintain their native physiological state. This cellular model is ideal for investigating the dysregulation of intestinal-homing T lymphocytes and the T-cell receptor repertoire involved in gluten-sensitive enteropathy.
