This product features a comprehensive leucocyte collection from donors with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus. The specimen is rich in memory T-cell populations primed against islet-cell antigens. It provides a robust primary cell source for investigating the failure of central and peripheral tolerance in the pancreatic microenvironment and for the identification of TCR repertoires associated with autoimmune beta-cell destruction.
