This product consists of serum isolated from donors afflicted with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. The biofluid is highly enriched with muscle-derived enzymes, specifically creatine kinase, and specific myokines released into the bloodstream following progressive myofiber necrosis. It provides a robust matrix for exploring the systemic inflammatory response to dystrophin deficiency and validating longitudinal biomarkers for neuromuscular degeneration in clinical trials.
