Harvested from donors with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus (T1DM), this serum reflects a state of absolute insulin deficiency and T-cell mediated pancreatic beta-cell destruction. The samples are characterized by the presence of islet cell autoantibodies, GAD65 antibodies, and markers of glucose metabolic instability. This product is prioritized for research into the autoimmune triggers of insulin-dependent diabetes and the development of immunomodulatory therapies.
