The vector of anti-Nef(2F) T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target HIV-1 Nef(2F). The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing Nef(2F)-specific T cell receptor. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of HIV-1 infection.
