The vector of anti-HER2 chimeric antigen receptor(CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target human HER2. The T cell is genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing anti-HER2 VHH linked to CD4 transmembrane domain and CD3-zeta signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of breast cancer, hepatocellular liver carcinoma.
