Creative Biolabs has launched an extensive range of CD47 CAR-related items including CAR vectors, CAR viral particles, and CAR cell products, to facilitate the advancement of CD47-targeted antibody-based CAR-T therapy. Feel free to explore and discover the specific product that piques your interest.
Cluster of Differentiation 47 (CD47) is a glycoprotein expressed in all cells in the body and, in particular, overexpressed in cancer cells and cancer stem cells. In the immune system, the role of CD47 is to prevent macrophages from engulfing cells by sending a signal of "Do not eat me", which is accomplished by interacting with signal regulatory protein α (SIRPα). CD47 has been associated with the invasion of tumors and metastasis in cancer.

We offer a full range of CD47 protein products:
-Unconjugated CD47
-Biotinylated CD47
-Fluorescent-labeled CD47
-Custom cells with CD47 overexpression

CD47 CAR-T Cytokine Release Test
The capability to release cytokines (such as IL-2 and IFNg) of CD47 CAR-T cells when interacting with cancer cells can be assessed by ELISA. We provide custom cytokine release tests according to the customer's requirements.

CD47 CAR-T In Vitro Cytotoxicity Assay
Luciferase assay and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) assay are extremely useful as a detection method to evaluate cell proliferation of CD47 CAR-T cells.
CD47 CAR-T Cell Proliferation Test
We offer a full list of CAR testing services including carboxyfluorescein succinimidyl ester (CFSE)-based cell proliferation, to make sure the CAR T cells are effective once they come across the target cells.
CD47 CAR-T Cell Therapy Animal Models
A wide range of animal models, syngeneic models, humanized mice models, and patient-derived xenografted (PDX) models are available at Creative Biolabs for efficacy and toxicity evaluation.
BxPC3 pancreatic cancer cells can be used to test the efficacy of CD47-CAR-T cells in vivo.

Toxicity Evaluation of CD47 CAR-T
Research has indicated that CD47 CAR-T cells possess remarkable cytotoxicity towards cancer cells that express CD47, including SKOV-3, A1847, pancreatic, and BxPC3 cancer cell lines. In contrast, their cytotoxicity is comparatively lower against the Hela-CD19 cancer cell line, which exhibits lower levels of CD47 expression.
