  • IL1RAP is a critical component of the IL-1 receptor complex, essential for signal transduction. While broadly expressed at low levels, it is highly and selectively overexpressed on various cancer stem cells (CSCs) and malignant progenitor cells, particularly in Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Its high expression on AML\CSCs and its limited expression on normal hematopoietic stem cells make it an attractive target for eradicating the root of the leukemia without causing severe myelosuppression.
