Esbp-Conjugated Liposomes are peptide-functionalized liposomal systems engineered with Esbp Peptide, featuring high affinity for E-selectin-abundantly expressed on endothelial cells in inflammation, metastatic tumors, and leukemia-to enable active targeted delivery of therapeutic cargoes. Applications include developing targeted therapeutics/imaging agents for inflammatory diseases, cancers, and hematological malignancies, and studying E-selectin-mediated biological processes.
