PTP-Conjugated Liposomes

PTP-Conjugated Liposomes are peptide-functionalized liposomes designed for targeted delivery of therapeutic cargoes like siRNA, mRNA, DNA, small molecules, and gene editing systems. Engineered with PTP Peptide, they target pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma by binding to galectin-1, facilitating selective tumor accumulation.
