VivoCAR™ Anti-CD10 (Mab3124) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR circRNA utilizes the Mab3124 clone to target the common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA). This product is essential for the in vivo destruction of CD10+ malignant progenitors in B-ALL. By delivering the CAR through our stable circRNA platform, we enable a transient therapeutic pulse that provides a powerful debulking effect. The non-integrating nature of the transcript ensures that the therapy naturally tapers off, preventing the risk of permanent depletion of healthy stromal cells or progenitor niches once the malignant clones are eradicated.
