VivoCAR™ Anti-FAP (NI-206.82C2) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR circRNA utilizes the NI-206.82C2 clone to achieve precision-guided remodeling of the tumor stroma. By targeting FAP-positive fibroblasts directly in vivo, this product facilitates the physical dismantling of the protective extracellular matrix that shields solid tumors from immune infiltration. The circRNA platform ensures a potent yet self-limiting therapeutic window, empowering the host's T cells to "clear the path" for subsequent therapies without causing permanent damage to healthy wound-healing processes or bone marrow-derived stromal cells.
