APRPG Pep-LNP is a state-of-the-art peptide-functionalized lipid nanoparticle (LNP), designed for efficient targeted delivery of therapeutic cargoes such as siRNA, mRNA, DNA, small molecule drugs, and RNA-guided gene editing systems, particularly to the tumor microenvironment. Engineered with the APRPG peptide, a five-amino acid tumor neovasculature-targeting peptide that specifically binds to newly formed blood vessels in tumors, this LNP facilitates enhanced accumulation of the therapeutic payload at the tumor site by homing to the angiogenic vasculature. Our LNP is prepared using DSPE-PEG-APRPG and a variety of optional lipid formulations including DLin-MC3-DMA, LP-01, ALC-0315, SM102, and others. These formulations are carefully selected to ensure the LNP has uniform particle size, high encapsulation efficiency, stability, and targeted delivery. Applications of APRPG Pep-LNP include research in anti-angiogenic cancer therapy, tumor imaging, targeted delivery of chemotherapeutics or immunotherapeutics to the tumor vasculature, and studying the biology of tumor angiogenesis.
