ASP6 Pep-LNP is a state-of-the-art peptide-functionalized lipid nanoparticle (LNP), designed for efficient targeted delivery of therapeutic cargoes such as siRNA, mRNA, DNA, small molecule drugs, and RNA-guided gene editing systems. Engineered with the ASP6 peptide, this LNP utilizes a hexameric sequence of aspartic acid residues, which, due to their polar and negatively charged nature, facilitates specific binding to cell surfaces possessing complementary positive charges or particular receptors, thereby enabling targeted engagement. Our LNP is prepared using DSPE-PEG-ASP6 and a variety of optional lipid formulations including DLin-MC3-DMA, LP-01, ALC-0315, SM102, and others. These formulations are carefully selected to ensure the LNP has uniform particle size, high encapsulation efficiency, stability, and targeted delivery. Applications of ASP6 Pep-LNP include investigating novel targeting strategies for cells or tissues expressing specific surface characteristics, developing targeted therapeutics and imaging agents, and studying receptor-ligand interactions mediated by charged interactions.
