CD70 CAR mRNA-LNP is a state-of-the-art messenger RNA (mRNA) lipid nanoparticle (LNP) system, specifically engineered for efficient in vitro and in vivo protein expression. This LNP encapsulates mRNA encoding the Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) targeting CD70, serving as an excellent tool for exploring novel CAR-T cell immunotherapies against CD70-expressing malignancies such as certain hematologic cancers and solid tumors, enabling studies on targeted immune modulation and tumor cell recognition. Engineered with a proprietary lipid formulation for optimal mRNA encapsulation and delivery, it ensures high translation efficiency.
