HHC36 Pep-LNP is a state-of-the-art peptide-functionalized lipid nanoparticle (LNP), designed for efficient targeted delivery of therapeutic cargoes such as siRNA, mRNA, DNA, small molecule drugs, and RNA-guided gene editing systems. Engineered with the HHC36 peptide, this LNP system demonstrates high affinity for microbial cell membranes. This peptide can bind to the negatively charged phospholipid bilayers of microbial cells, disrupting their membrane integrity and leading to cell death. Our LNP is prepared using DSPE-PEG-HHC36 and a variety of optional lipid formulations including DLin-MC3-DMA, LP-01, ALC-0315, SM102, and others. These formulations are carefully selected to ensure the LNP has uniform particle size, high encapsulation efficiency, stability, and targeted delivery. Applications of HHC36 Pep-LNP include antimicrobial therapy, where it can be used to deliver antimicrobial agents, antiviral compounds, or other therapeutic payloads directly to infected tissues, reducing systemic side effects.
