M2pep Pep-LNP
M2pep Pep-LNP is a state-of-the-art peptide-functionalized lipid nanoparticle (LNP), designed for efficient targeted delivery of therapeutic cargoes such as siRNA, mRNA, DNA, small molecule drugs, and RNA-guided gene editing systems. Engineered with the M2pep peptide, this LNP specifically recognizes and binds to M2 macrophages, a key cell type in immune regulation and disease pathogenesis. The M2pep peptide, known for its multifaceted biological activities, facilitates interaction with these cells, potentially modulating their differentiation, proliferation, surface marker expression (like CD206 and CD163), and intracellular signaling pathways. Our LNP is prepared using Targeting Module and a variety of optional lipid formulations including DLin-MC3-DMA, LP-01, ALC-0315, SM102, and others. These formulations are carefully selected to ensure the LNP has uniform particle size, high encapsulation efficiency, stability, and targeted delivery. Applications of M2pep Pep-LNP include research into immunomodulatory therapies for cancers, chronic inflammatory diseases, and fibrosis, where targeting M2 macrophages holds significant therapeutic potential. Please note that this product is intended for research purposes only.
