CellRapeutics™ CD56+ NK Cells from Sjogren's Syndrome Donor (XS-0426-XU299)

Online Inquiry  Datasheet

All products and services are For Research Use Only and CANNOT be used in the treatment or diagnosis of disease.

Isolated from donors with Sjogren's Syndrome, these NK cells represent the innate arm of the lymphocytic infiltration characteristic of exocrine gland dysfunction. The cells are harvested to preserve their phenotypic identity, including specific chemokine receptor profiles that drive trafficking to the salivary and lacrimal glands. They serve as an essential substrate for investigating NK-cell-driven epithelial cell apoptosis in the development of "autoimmune epithelitis."

  • Cat. No.
  • XS-0426-XU299
  • Donor Age
  • Middle-Aged
  • Donor Health
  • NK cells exhibit hyper-activated signatures associated with exocrine gland inflammation. The population shows increased interaction markers with B-cell subsets and altered cytotoxic profiles tailored to glandular tissue surveillance.
  • Ethnicity
  • Diverse backgrounds available.
  • Anticoagulant
  • Heparin or Acid Citrate Dextrose, formulated to sustain NK cell secretory functions and phenotypic stability despite the chronic exocrine-gland inflammatory milieu.
  • Additional Donor Information
  • Each lot features CD56+ NK cells from donors with primary Sjögren's syndrome. Profiles include anti-SSA/SSB status, ideal for studying NK cell infiltration of exocrine glands.
  • Clinical Profile
  • Anti-SSA/SSB status, results of Schirmer's test, glandular vs. extra-glandular symptoms, and history of systemic immunomodulators.

Additional Information

  • Medication History
  • Available upon request. Documentation of hydroxychloroquine and systemic immunomodulators used for extraglandular manifestations affecting the innate immune compartment.
