VivoCAR™ Anti-FASLG (F918-7-3) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR circRNA utilizes the F918-7-3 clone to provide high-precision recognition of soluble and membrane-bound Fas Ligand. In in vivo settings, this product is pivotal for eliminating the "molecular shield" used by certain tumors to trigger systemic immune exhaustion. The circRNA scaffold protects the therapeutic transcript from rapid clearance, allowing for sustained CAR protein production that empowers endogenous T cells to neutralize FASLG-positive sanctuaries, providing a safe and non-integrating alternative for treating advanced lymphomas and metastatic solid tumors.
