Cy5-labeled mCherry mRNA-LNP is a state-of-the-art messenger RNA (mRNA) lipid nanoparticle (LNP) system, specifically engineered for efficient in vitro and in vivo protein expression. This LNP encapsulates mRNA encoding mCherry fluorescent protein, serving as an excellent tool for dual-color fluorescence analysis, enabling the simultaneous visualization and quantification of mCherry expression alongside nanoparticle localization or uptake. Engineered with a proprietary lipid formulation for optimal mRNA encapsulation and delivery, it ensures high translation efficiency. We offer flexibility in lipid composition, including DLin-MC3-DMA, LP-01, ALC-0315, SM102, and targeted lipids for specific tissues (lung, liver, spleen, muscle), allowing for tailored delivery strategies. Our LNP ensures uniform particle size, high encapsulation efficiency, stability, and effective delivery. Applications of Cy5-labeled mCherry mRNA-LNP include monitoring transfection efficiency and protein expression kinetics in live cells and tissues using confocal microscopy or flow cytometry, studying subcellular localization of the delivered mRNA and expressed protein, performing multiparametric analysis of cellular responses, and serving as a versatile reporter system for optimizing LNP formulations and delivery protocols.
