TACSTD2 CAR mRNA-LNP is a state-of-the-art messenger RNA (mRNA) lipid nanoparticle (LNP) system, specifically engineered for efficient in vitro and in vivo protein expression. This LNP encapsulates mRNA encoding the Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) targeting Tumor Associated Calcium Signal Transducer 2 (TACSTD2), serving as an excellent tool for investigating CAR-T cell therapy against TACSTD2-expressing cancers such as ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, and colorectal cancer, and studying receptor-specific immune modulation. Engineered with a proprietary lipid formulation for optimal mRNA encapsulation and delivery, it ensures high translation efficiency.
