The vector of anti-SH3RF2 T cell receptor (TCR) is constructed for the engineering of T cell to target SH3 Domain Containing Ring Finger 2 variant HMV_MI (HIVEISTPV) restricted by HLA-A2. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing SH3RF2-specific T cell receptor.
