VivoCAR™ Anti-ALPPL2 (3H2) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR circRNA utilizes the 3H2 clone to target oncofetal alkaline phosphatase with high precision. In in vivo settings, this product is pivotal for identifying and destroying aggressive mesothelioma and testicular cancer cells. By leveraging the circRNA platform, this product achieves significantly higher protein yield than linear mRNA, ensuring that transiently programmed T cells can effectively engage malignant cells while maintaining a safe, non-integrating profile that avoids permanent impact on healthy tissue.

  • ALPPL2 is a tissue-nonspecific alkaline phosphatase expressed primarily in the placenta. It is considered an Oncofetal Antigen because it is ectopically expressed on the surface of various malignant tumors, including Ovarian Cancer, Lung Adenocarcinoma, and Germ Cell Tumors. Its highly restricted expression pattern in normal adult tissue makes it an excellent target for CAR-T cell therapy, offering high specificity and minimizing off-target toxicity.
