VivoCAR™ Anti-CCR8 (HFB11-10) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR circRNA incorporates the HFB11-10 clone to selectively target and deplete tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cells (Tregs) in vivo. The importance of the HFB11-10 clone lies in its ability to identify CCR8, which is uniquely upregulated on the most suppressive intratumoral Tregs. By using the circRNA platform, this product provides a transient surge of CAR expression that "unlocks" the tumor microenvironment by removing suppressive barriers, offering a safe, non-integrating method to revitalize the host's endogenous anti-tumor immunity without causing systemic autoimmune flares.

  • CCR8 is a G-protein-coupled receptor that binds CCL1. It is a critical marker because it is highly and selectively expressed on tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cells (Tregs) in the tumor microenvironment (TME). Tregs are primary mediators of immunosuppression in solid tumors. Targeting CCR8 aims to specifically deplete these Tregs, reversing the immunosuppression and allowing endogenous or CAR-T cells to mount an effective anti-tumor response.
