VivoCAR™ Anti-CD44v6 (BIWA 4) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR circRNA leverages the humanized BIWA 4 clone to target the stem-cell-like variants of squamous cell carcinomas in vivo. The BIWA 4 clone is critically important for its ability to recognize the v6 exon-encoded epitope, which is a hallmark of metastatic potential and therapy resistance. By utilizing a non-integrating circRNA vector, this product enables a potent but transient surge of CAR-T activity, specifically aimed at purging cancer stem cells. This provides a safe, repeatable method for preventing tumor recurrence while avoiding the long-term toxicities associated with permanent CD44v6 targeting in healthy epithelial tissues.
