VivoCAR™ Anti-HAVCR2 (TSR-022) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR circRNA leverages the high-affinity TSR-022 ScFv to transform exhausted immune landscapes through direct in vivo CAR-T induction. The TSR-022 clone is globally recognized for its potent ability to bind the TIM-3 IgV domain, effectively neutralizing inhibitory signals that hinder anti-tumor immunity. By utilizing the circRNA platform, this product provides sustained CAR expression that directs endogenous T cells to eliminate TIM-3+ malignant cells and suppressive myeloid populations, offering a safe, non-integrating method to revitalize the host's immune response in refractory solid tumors.
