VivoCAR™ Anti-KLK2 (KL2B359) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR circRNA employs the KL2B359 clone to target the prostate-specific protease KLK2. This clone is significant for its ability to distinguish between active and zymogen forms of the enzyme on the surface of prostate cancer cells. By delivering this CAR via the circRNA platform, the product achieves a transient, high-potency response that debulks metastatic prostate lesions. The non-integrating nature of the transcript provides a self-limiting therapeutic window, offering a safe alternative to traditional gene therapy for targeting tissue-specific androgen-regulated markers.
