VivoCAR™ Anti-VEGFR-2 (1121) h(CD28-41BB-CD3z) CAR circRNA leverages the clinically established 1121 ScFv sequence to provide a robust framework for in vivo anti-vascular CAR-T therapy. The 1121 clone is significant for its high-fidelity binding and proven efficacy in blocking ligand-receptor interactions in stroma-heavy tumors. When delivered via the VivoCAR™ circRNA platform, it allows for a transient but intense therapeutic window, minimizing systemic toxicity while maximizing the infiltration of T cells into the tumor core. This product offers a highly stable and safe platform for investigating the dual role of VEGF blockade and direct cytolytic activity.
